She straightened up, adjusting the collar of her uniform, looking to the troopers holding the Governor, one of them leveled their blaster against Deltiss' head, as the Admiral looked down her nose at the group, a hint of a sneer. "From what I understand, a Rebel Fleet is in Orbit here, summoned by someone affiliated with the illegal government they purport to serve." A gloved hand came up to her chin, as she looked between those gathered.
"Holding this city is not tenable, I can see that. So here is my counter proposal." She narrowed her eyes. "I'll leave. I'm taking the Governor with me, in case anyone gets any smart ideas. If you, or the so called New Republic wants to see him alive, my craft will be given no harassment, as well as a fresh berth of supplies." As if to punctuate the point, the barrel of the blaster pressed hard against Deltiss' temple.
"How's that for a deal."
So, shit's about to get real here. One way or another, we're rolling init.
Is it possible to spend a Destiny to have the sniper we totally arranged for take out the Stormtrooper holding the mayor through the window? If so, we'd like to do that! Otherwise, here's hoping we roll well for initiative!
For spending the Destiny Point, Commander Leo was set up in a sniper position.
One of you can roll the Dice.
It will be
Agility 3, Ranged (Heavy) 4, True Aim (Upgrade once plus one boost), a second aim maneuver, versus Extreme Range difficulty, upgraded once for holding onto the Governor. For extra tension, I will flip a Destiny Point from Ivory Phoenix.
Your final dice pool will be
4eP+3eB+2eC+2eD
The Sniper Rifle Stats
Damage 10 - Crit 3 - Range Extreme - Accurate 1 - Pierce 2 - Limited Ammo 1
