The second heavy trooper continues his dance with Kai, bringing the massive weapon against the former stormtrooper. The energy laden weapon slammed into his stomach, finding purchase against the man.

The blank expression of Kor's mask fit him well as he turned to the Sith, hefting his axe, which still dripped with the admiral's blood. There was a lot mysterious about the hooded figure. Maybe the only way to get some questions answered was to axe her.

He swung a fierce blow, experience and caution tempering any anger he felt.

Her spinning lightsaber parries away the brunt of the attack, though the fatigue of the blow wears on her. Feeling the cut in her armor, the heat of anger and violence radiating from her.

(Suffers 1 wound and 1 strain)

Pressing her attack, 13th Sister whirls the blades at the big man again. Cutting him down, she quickly moved, pressing her self forward as a dervish of crimson energy, moving to engage the next largest threat.

Attacking Kor (Intelligence 5, Lightsaber 4, Lightsaber Mastery (Int), Average Difficulty, Damage 6, Linked 1, Breach 1, Crit 2. Destiny to upgrade attack. Kor upgrade defense from Yara triumph): 5eP+2eC+1eS 1 success, 2 advantage, 1 Triumph

She'd heard stories of what it was like when Lord Vader came bearing down on a discovered Rebel outpost... usually second hand, because by all accounts the Emperor's most infamous agent had rarely left many survivors. Yara never thought she'd be facing the same situation herself, watching her allies cut down one by one by a glowing red plasma sword. Let alone some weird spinning variant on one--it looks really impractical, too. But somehow the masked woman manages to be terrifyingly effective with it anyway. And now she's coming for Kai...

Yara scrambles over and ducks behind the young man. "Trust me, this will help," is all she has time to mutter as she applies a hypospray above the collar of his armor.

Maneuver: engage Kai
Action: Stim Application
Maneuver (2 Strain): move away from Kai and Inquisitor again.

D9 LA--round 3, drug up Kai (Stim Application, average Medicine + boost from kit: 2eP+2eA+1eB+2eD 0 successes, 3 advantage, 1 Triumph

Stim Application doesn't succeed, so Kai gets neither the stat boost nor the Strain penalty.
Two questions:
-Can I use the 3 advantage to cure his Disoriented instead? (If not, then I'll boost Kai for 2 and boost next ally for 1.)
-Can we use the Triumph to bring in some backup? Maybe Leo wants to come in through that window? :lol:

Well, this wasn't good. But no turning back now. rawing his vibro sword Kai lunged at the 13th sister, but it was unlikely he did anything worth while to harm her.

Parrying away the blow, the 13th Sister struck low, bringing one of her crimson blades against the former Stormtroopers thigh.

Parry takes out 9 damage after pierce 2. No wounds suffered.

It wasn't easy keeping calm as the Inquisitor cut down Kor and rushed at Kai. He hit her, but she hit him back. There didn't seem to be any safe way to deal with her.

Well, maybe shooting. Doing his best to keep his breathing steady, Cal picked up one of his two guns. He started to aim it at the Inquisitor, but a sudden suspicion caused him to spit, leveling his pistol at the remaining stormtrooper. He sighted in, dropping it in an instant. A little thrill went through Cal at the excellent shot, his lips curling up into a smirk.

The Heavy Trooper, free from the source of fear, looked about as he whipped the Riot Baton around. Noting Jelna, recognizing her from when she was brought onboard before, cried out, "Traitor!" Before moving quickly from the unconscious body of Kor, intercepting the blonde as the baton was swung around, opening themselves up for an attack.

Maneuver - Move to engage Jelna

Melee Attack on Jelna (Brawn 3, Melee 2, Average Difficulty, Destiny spent to Upgrade Defense): 2eP+1eA+1eC+1eD 1 success, 1 advantage, 1 Despair

Jelna took the baton to the stomach and stumbled from the blow over to Kai. "I'm so tired of this," she grumbled to him before slamming a stimpack into him. She grasped her wounded chest and shot a bolt at the heavy trooper.

The final Heavy Trooper moved against the Gunslinger, joining in with his partner to attack Cal. The baton swung in a wide arc, missing against the lawman, but in his dodging, he was knocked the ground.

Desperately scrambling, Cal managed to rise to his feet, snatching up his pistol as he did. He fired a wave of stunning blue energy at the Inquisitor. It didn't manage to hit her, but it did knock her saber from her hands.

Ducking to recover the weapon, as she roared from the pain of her grievous wound, Thirteenth Sister hustled to get into position, bringing the lightsaber to bear on the burly ex trooper. The spinning blades come around in rapid succession.

Seeing the man cut down, the Masked Visage looked up. "Take your wounded. Leave this room. Never forget." She hissed, breathing heavily.

The Inquisitor brought her blade spinning about, deflecting the blaster bolt away from her, though the slight deception put her off her footing, causing her hilt to drop to the ground.

Damage is reflected away, disarmed, the threat is taken by Jelna as strain damage.

Reaction to Yara:

The two threat will be added as a setback die to the next PC check.

It wasn't the first time Kai had been knocked down in a fight, that didnt make it any less disorienting though when the Doctor shot him full of stims.

Still he rose to his feet and went to it, taking a moment to steady himself before striking out at the masked woman, his foot naking out to kick her weapon away in a move that was mostly instinct.
