Dartriss smiles at her, placing his metallic hands on her flesh ones with a wide smile. "I believe you, Fey. And I believe you understand how important that fact is to me." His tone is such in a way that would imply of the importance of being successful in this particular endeavour, he gives a soft squeeze with his hand before letting go.

"And maybe when you get back, maybe we can discuss other lucrative agreements. Maybe some a bit more private between the two of us." He gives a wry smile, hoping to push the envelope a little bit more with her.

The coolness of the metal caught her a little off-guard. Not that she didn't know they were there, but it was a surprise against her warm skin when one was more expecting something else.

She did catch some of his tone. Well, it wouldn't be the first guy she had flirted with who got the wrong idea... didn't hurt to string him along a little bit, like she had before. There were probably a few broken hearts on various other planets too. "Well, we shall have to see about that later, won't we, monsieur Ribmatt?" she said coyly, playing much the part of someone who was hard-to-get. "Though I imagine you must have many others who want your attention today, being such a busy man."

He laughs at her attempt to play coy with it, only nodding. "Yes, well, that sort of stuff can wait. Can't let ones carnal urges get in the way of your job." He looked down at his drink and sipped it some. "So, tell me a bit about your crewmates. For instance, your captain; you seem to hold her in high regard."

"Quite true. You would probably not be the successful man you are today if you did get so easily distracted," she mused as she picked up her drink again. "Oui, capitaine Jelna is a good and clever woman. She's got that folksy charm, makes her fit right in with some of the locals here. Been a drifter for a while - she's got a good head on her shoulders, knows how to keep all four of us in check, and can trail a 'varmint' like no one else." Fey gave a small giggle. "That's what she call them. She's not our pilot though, that would be dear Lena; she's taught me all about flying and keeping the ship in order."

"Sometimes you lose your sight off of it and something comes along and smacks you back in the right direction. If anything, my younger days taught me that lesson."

"Ahh, I see. So you have a pilot and a captain." Taking a swig of his drink and laughing at the term. "Wow, now that's quite the term there. Varmint" He continued to smile at her, giving her a pleasant look as she laughed. Maybe it was the booze, but she seemed quite lovely when she was that relaxed. "Good to see you have a good relationship with them. Especially being in such tight quarters all the time. Man, if I had to be with someone unpleasant like that for months on end, it would damn near kill me. Or I them." He gave a small laugh at his comment before placing his drink down again.

Her smile was wide, flashing those bright white teeth. "What can I say, we are a diverse bunch. Though with trois women, it gets crazy sometimes... so I suppose I can say that our last member, Kai, is the one who keeps the peace when needed. Not that it is often needed, as we get along well. Been through enough to trust eachother and all."

Finishing her glass of juice and vodka, Fey shifted her lekku slightly to drape over her shoulder and down her chest. "Many seem jealous of him, living and working with trois charming women, but I think we drive him a little crazy sometimes too."

"I grew up around mostly women myself, so I understand that position all too well." His eyes shift down to the lekku for a moment before looking back up at her. "It looks great to be surrounded by attractive women at first, but then it just goes absolutely mad sometimes once the allure fails and you're left with what's behind the mask." A smile. "Still, if you did not care about them, they would not drive you crazy. So, très bon Fey."

She laughed softly. "Ah that sounds accurate. But oui, I care about them all. They're good friends," her feelings were punctuated with a brief nod. "So the women you grew up with... your family, or friends perhaps?"

"Family, mainly. Grew up with sisters. Dad went off to war, got himself killed. Mom raised us and we all got out and moved to Coursant, like the capital would make things better. It did, but we hardly ever left the underground. Managed and we're good now. Lot less of me left when I started, but I can't complain about it, looking at what I've done and what's before me." He downs the rest of his drink to the notion of was directly in front of me.

She hadn't been able to place his age, but thinking about it now it seemed likely his father probably served in the Clone Wars. Unless his father had served the Empire but it seemed unlikely. As well unlikely that he would know any of them from Corellia.

"Sounds rough," Fey gave him a small nod. "At least things are different now. Noventa treating you better than Coruscant?"

"I can breathe here, so that's a start." He says with a scoff. "Been to other places in my time for job, so I didn't stay there forever. Further I get away from the Core Worlds, the harder it gets to live, but the better I can breathe and think. Even my time on this slow planet gave me a chance to think about some things." Even when being in close proximity to everything. "What about you, where did you end up during your time in servitude?"

[Cefey Raneth]

"Breathe," she chuckled. That was certainly true. The air on Corellia hadn't been too terrible but she noticed the difference now that she was away from it.

Though the question made her a little more guarded. And regretful that she hadn't thought about her cover as much as Jelna had.

"Kuat." Similar but different to Corellia. "Sorry, it's not something I like to talk about..."

"Kuat." He paused and gave her a look, slowly raising his eyebrow, as a small smirk raised his face. "Well, isn't that interesting." It was tough to bluff someone who was good at cards. Someone who made a living off of deception and manipulation. He grinned and stared at her. "I see. No, I imagine it wouldn't be something you'd like to talk about. We all got our pasts, Fey. All got things we want to hide..." He shook his head. "I can respect that. I truly can, but maybe you should give a little bit more thought into what you tell others. Especially when you're speaking to a man who's beaten you in cards a few times and learnt your tells."

He smiled at her warmly, not appearing to be upset over her attempt to lie to her. "If you don't want to talk about it, I won't pry."

"Ah," she chuckled warmly despite being called out on a lie. "You got me. I can tell you're a step above most men, monsieur. Can't blame a girl from trying to keep a few secrets?" At least she had that doe-eyed look with slightly pouty lips nailed down.

"I promise to tell you... another time. Perhaps when you beat me at cards again and I'll wager my secrets?"

"Now, now, Cefey. Dont go wagering away things you aren't comfortable with." Kai teased as he stepped into the common room, dipping his head towards the pair.

"Sorry for interrupting, I'll be out of your hair in a fee, just lunch is over there." The tall human gestured towards the kitchen. "And I happen to be starving."

His head turns over to Kai, looking over. "I suppose then you are the infamous Kai, then." He looks at him and stands up and walks to him, extending his hand. "Fey here says you're quite the lucky man to be on a ship with so many ladies."

"Dont know if there is a luckier man in the galaxy." Kai replied with a easy smile, extending his hand to shake the strangers. "But yeah, I'm Kai. Could I ask who I have the pleasure of addressing?"

"Kai, this is Dartris Ribmatt - you know, the one I told you guys about regarding a job?" She gave Kai an appriciative smile as Dartris turned to adress her teammate.

He gives a small grip on his hand, letting him feel the coldness of the cybernetics. "Pleasure, Kai. We were just wrapping up our business end of the arrangement." He smiled and let go.

"She is quite the lovely neogiator. Think I may end up losing more out of this one."

He chuckled. "She is a lovely girl." Kai agreed. "And we're lucky to have her." His eyes drifted around the ship for a moment.

"Sorry that the rest of the crew isntpresent, maybe you can meet the rest if us when the job us through?" Or maybe not, the man seemed fairly enchanted with Fey.
