The bar for persons who aren't quite so reformed, The Wookie's Codpiece is a place for the crooks of Noventa to make deals, find goods that are difficult to obtain, and enjoy some of the planet's premier jizz music.
Kaneesa Gee is the proprietor and a Slitherhorn musician. Criminals of all types are welcome, just as long as they understand that violence has no place here.
OK, dropping the music joke
The Codpiece is a neutral zone, free to all that do not break the rules of the establishment. CIS, Republic, Empire, Hutt, Corporate...this is the place to do business with each other when you can't be seen to do business.
Criminals looking for work, wanted men looking for refuge, come on and take a look.

This big dumb mobbed-up robot would be happy to bounce people and loom helpfully over the boss' shoulder during negotiations. This is probably my current first choice, of mooted groups.

Not sure if you wanted to operate in a settlement or not, but Providencetown would be the place for it. Lovely place if you don't mind paying homage to the resident boss man.
More details on Providencetown to come, but it's a place with a similar vibe as the bar.

Operating in a settlement would likely make sense. It would
A) Not raise too much attention that the Codpiece exists
B) Would have plenty of traffic and customers looking for rare goods
C) Conflict with the boss man as Kaneesa tries to climb the ladder

Downside: It won't be a novel idea for the place to be welcoming of nefarious individuals within the Providencetown borders.
Upside: I don't have to make a separate unimportant bar for Providencetown!
And your business, and working with Mr. Bossman will be quite wonderful. Quite wonderful indeed!
Once more gets cemented I'll come to you and has out some further details.

What, a Star Wars games that rips off concepts from other films and casts them into a new light? Where else in fiction can we see a small time crook businessman pressured by a bigger time boss?
Plus, if you were building the town anyway, it really integrates the story better, and offers a Signature Location. If I suffer a bit with complications at the benefit of the story, let's bring it on!

Any room for an escaped slave trying to keep a low profile? Will perform for food/lodging/money.

5 is definitely not too many! And speaking out-of-character, as Clementine may not be able to articulate it as clearly, the boss Gungan has a soft spot for both performers and the marginalized, so...
Interview questions might include "which of the heist roles of mastermind/hitter/grifter/hacker/theif do you most closely identify with?"

*I may be Colonist (Performer) or Bounty Hunter (Assassin) (shhh, don't tell anyone). <.< >.>
