Rarity and Cost

When purchasing items on Noventa, when looking for goods, the rarity of all items is increased by +2. With the exception of foodstuffs, and medical equipment, that means the cost of all items is multiplied by 2.
Shopping does not have to be done on screen, but rolls to find items (such as weapons, armor, specialty goods) must be made, which is a Negotiation or an appropriate Knowledge check, per the Rarity Table 5-1 (EotE CRB, pg. 150).
To find restricted, or illegal goods, requires looking to The Black Market. To find those items, requires a Streetwise or Knowledge (Underworld check, with the difficulty determined by the rarity of the item (Table 5-1 EotE CRB, pg. 150).
Talents that apply to the Black Market or the buying or selling of goods applies here.
