It had been an awkward night, especially the wait for Jelna to return, but that didn't seem to be happening. Which had Fey on edge and all twisted up with guilt.

But since Jelna wasn't coming back anytime soon, it was time to end the ruse.

Kai was pretty sure he should of just stunned the guy the night before... Or in his sleep, or in a dozen other opportune moments. Btu that hadn't been the plan and the Brains made the plan. Still she said the ruse was at and end, so his blaster was in his hands as he met Cefey outside her room. It was time to put this matter to sleep.

She didn't know when or if Babe was coming back, and Lena was not around either to take lead. So it was the one who was usually the grunt and the one with no experience left to make the decisions now. "Right, let's wrap this up now," she said, putting her own blasters to stun.

Even if it was just stun, it would be good to blast something right now.

Drune had stayed up for a little bit for the captain to return, hoping to use them as a means to get off the ship. There was a small hope this could end peacefully, but as the night crept up, and the appearance of that person not coming back becoming abundantly clear, it seemed apparent that she was not going to return. Perhaps that sort of pity caused him not to attack them in the middle of the night like he planned.

Still, as the morning sun began to rise, and the truth of the entire situation came crashing down on him about their captain, He began to rise, gathering his gear and equipment, checking them all to ensure they were in working order. It wasn't the best he could possibly be equipped for a assault on a ship, but with only two people, hopefully he could catch them off guard and make this as painless as possible.

If they wanted to wait for their captain, he'd gladly make sure they could do just that.

With guns in hand, Fey was ready to finish this job.

With their backs turned around, he quickly made his move, standing up from behind the couch as he approached in close range to him. "Sorry about this." He looked shocked for a moment, seeing you two had your guns while looking for him. "Okay...maybe not so much now." He looks over to Kai and extends almost seemingly empty hands from his coat, revealing a small palm attachment on his hands and taking a moment to charge up, unleash a loud blam noise towards Kai from both hands, his sleeves making a wave of impact coming from the blast. The first shot connects cleanly, the second goes a bit wide. Still, the first hit was quite the doozy.

He immediately takes cover behind the couch again and curses his luck.

The shot startled Kai, but it elicted little more then a grunt from the former storm trooper, as he turned towards the man and leveled his blaster rifle. "Quite sorry about this indeed." He echoed the man's words as he fired the Blaster in hopes of taking him down.

Getting up off the floor, he quickly pulls out a baton and snaps it out, moving directly towards Kai to engage in his personal space. "Seriously, I hadn't done anything to you yet!" Yet being the operative word, of course. As he approached, he used the momentum of the movement to make a quick attack with the baton, taking a quick swipe at him up close before he has a chance to adapt to the change of strategies. Using the momentum, he hits him hard, though the damage of the stick wouldn't do anything, it did knock his gun out of his hands.

Fey fired another shot as he went for Kai, but didn't quite hit as she tried to avoid hitting Kai. Still it hit close enough to shoot the baton out of Drune's hand. "Just surrender!" Yes, she was a bit angry and was taking it out on the situation.

Kai cursed a bit as the man managed to make his drop his blaster with a close shot, but smiled a bit as the man moved closer. "That's a bad move, but if you want to." Kai muttered as he brought up his fists. The uppercut was textbook, and it seemed like the fellow didn't see i coming. I mean who really expects someone to punch you when they're carrying a vibroblade at their side.

"Don't get up." He muttered as the man fell to the ground.

His nose was absolutely bleeding, his head was dizzy, and he just was simply done after that one punch. "Imperial bastards...both of you...this whole ruse was just to get me back? Brought a heavy ship and this junk of one just to trick me?" He clenched his nose together to try to adjust from the pain. "Take me back, but I'll make sure you get yours. You'll get yours, I swear it!" Whether or not it was a empty promise, it really didn't matter. You had him and he couldn't get back up with getting himself killed.

It wasn't like it was the first time she saw Kai in action, but damn, it did make her a little weak in the knees. It was something completely different than seeing him throw some light punches in the sparring he had given her, compared to him punchin down a man with one blow.

As for Drune, Fey rolled her eyes. "He thinks we're Imps, darling," she did sound irritated though, but it was irritation directed at Drune and herself at the moment. Still, she kicked the baton away and holstered her guns.

Thankfully Jelna's manacles were still on the ship and they had brought them along for this. So as he still lay on his back and whimpered in pain, she pushed him over on his side as she rather forcefully cuffed him with the manacles. It wasn't the first time a live-bounty had been swearing vengeance or something.
