Lower Providencetown is built from the remains of the old and the new. A long, wide and bustling road leads through the center of this town to the cracked center of the Providence Class ship that gives this town it's namesake. On either side of the road leading up to this point, however, lives the many denizens of the town whom are not welcome to reside in the upper echelons of this society. These are the streets that belong to all walks of life for many different reasons. Good folk and those just looking for trouble mix in the town below just going about their daily lives.
Frontier justice exists in these streets and politeness is the best policy when everyone carries a blaster on their hip. Trouble occasionally breaks out on the streets. Sometimes from those just looking for trouble, and sometimes when a bounty hunter or lawman too high in his morals to let be walks into town often finding these streets can be harsher than they appear.
