It's Always Something (Day 3 Late Eve slippery Mynock)

"Yeah, in the farmers market." He watched her a moment a amused smile of his lips. "Now I'm wondering what exactly you're think, Miss Fey."

"You wondering if I got her number or something?"

"And it's fun to be with you." He agreed with a warm smile. "Even when we arent off being perverts together."

[Cefey Raneth]

"Heh, maaaaybe," Fey grinned. Not that she would be too bothered by it if he did. "She seemed alright enough."

Fey took a deep sip of her wine, but from the look in her eyes she was smiling still. "Hee... and having fun with the others too. I never got to have that growing up, so it's... nice, kinda having something like what a normal life must be with you guys. Being silly and all with eachother. Like these nicknames."

"Well, I did. Though I didnt even really mean to." She offered it without even asking. "But yeah, she wasn't too bad of a lady. Not very easy to tease though."

He laughed. "The nicknames are a bit silly, even if you really are as sweet as Honey." Kai teased. "And I'm glad you are having fun, I'm not too sure about how real families and such work myself. But, I like to think its something like this, ya know?"

"You do like to tease ladies, don't you," she retorted, a sip of the wine following.

"Hmm... Dear's probably the one who could say the most about how families are supposed to be? I don't know if she still talks much to them anymore though. Maybe it's difficult for her?"

He smirked. "I do a little. Though I have to say, Dear usually gets the worst of that." He reached across the table for some of the bread and the cheese, though his eyes were really only for Cefey this evening.

"You're right, though I think her family life was rather... strict. Might be why she doesn't bring them up much, that or because the still have expectations of her?" He wasn't sure if that was something he should really mention, but as close as they all were, it should be all right.

"Maybe... is that because you give her the worst of that thing you call flirting?" Fey teased, which was punctuated with a gentle bump to his foot. "Because you think she had it too strict with her family?"

[Kai Wryssald]

"Mayybeee." He drew out the voice in a sing-song tone. "That and she really rather likes it under the bluff and bluster." That probably wasn't exactly true.

The bump on a foot caused him to grin, and there was a little heat in his eyes as he watcher the Twi'lek. "You keep doing that and I may be tempted to push this table out the way and kiss you."

"Uh oh." She giggled like someone who had poked a sleeping tiger a few times and was now all excited to see it wake up. And she didn't doubt that he might just do that.

"... Do you think they'll be upset if we ask for the rest of the bread and cheese to-go?"

[Kai Wryssald]

He grinned "If they are, we can just pick some up along the way." They wouldn't need more wine, they had plenty of booze on the ship.

"I do think they will be upset if I push the table over though. So it's probably best we ask anyways, and." He shifted slightly and patted his thigh. "You might want to come over here while we wait,"

With that, he raised a hand, beckoning the waitstaff over.

"Is that so?" she looked at him with an arched eyebrow, and proceeded to empty the rest of the wine in her glass in one go. When she did stand up, it was with that usual elegance she often put on when she wanted to make an impression, and the few steps around the table toward Kai did seem to draw attention to her hips.

Her hand brushed over his chest and over to his shoulder as she leaned down to whisper in his ear. "You will have to wait a bit longer. I'm going to powder my nose."

He couldn't help but grin, a hand floating to her waist for a moment.

"I'll get his all taken care of then, Honey." He replied sweetly, lettign his touch linger for a few moments more. "You take your time."

"Thank you, Darling," she murmured and kissed his forehead before leaving his grasp.

He watched her for a few moments as she sashayed away, before turning back to finish his own glass of wine.

There was probably a small urge to do something naughty, but instead he busied himself taking care of the check and getting the bread and cheese packaged away.

No need to rush, right?

It was easy to wonder what women did in the little ladies' room, considering it felt like they could disappear in there for a long time.

After a while, the twi'lek returned, all smiles and excited to return back to the privacy of the ship. "Sorry to keep you waiting, darling."

Kai could hazard some wild guesses, it's not like he hadn't spent months in a tiny ship with a handful of ladies, but he really tried not to think about all that.

"It was nothing, Honey." He replied raising to his feet and collecting the package with the remnants of their meal, and over her his arm

Being offered his arm, Fey wrapped both arms around his as she hugged herself close. She did look good as arm candy but most of all she did seem genuinly comfortable and cheerful with the closeness.

"I hope we get more times to ourselves while we're here, like this."

[Kai Wryssald]

"That would be nice." He agreed with as they stepped towards the exit, the scent of the woman at his side tickling his nose. He'd never really thought of the Twi'lek girl as arm candy, she was a friend, well a bit mroe then that if he was being honest. Though he could never quite pin down just what their relationship was.

"And I do believe I still owe you a fancy dinner, with suit and all, but I'd be happy enough with something casual too, if we can find a space of wilderness not full of Manka cats, or maybe even just a hotel with a pool."

"Oh, a swimming pool would be great," she mused thoughtfully, "haven't had the chance to swim in one of those since Corellia. But no Manka cats, no."

She laughed softly as they walked together. "But we can also have a night out that you'd like? ... I guess that would be shooting targets and drinking beer or something?"

"That's what we always used to do for fun." Kai agreed. "Would make a few wagers about who would shoot better to keep things interesting." The twi'lek would probably enjoy that part.

He looked down at her his smile warm. "We could have a bit of fun doing that just the two of, or invite the others along."

"Though I'm not sure they will agree, they might think it will end up like strip Sabaac or something."

"Hehehe," she grinned at the mention of the strip Sabaac-game. "Well, I'm sure Lena will agree to another game of that halfway through a bottle of something strong."

"But, sure, it could be fun to do something like that. Maybe when there's a night with some good weather?"
