It's Always Something (Day 3 Late Eve slippery Mynock)

He grinned. "You know you're irresistible when you bite your lip like that." Kai said, the word of the day from two months ago making it's way into play.

"I'm sure we'll manage plenty of time for ourselves later though." His lips quirked into a devious smile. "If I can manage to wait that long."

She chuckled playfully as she sipped her wine. "It would be rather weird to get thrown out of a place for indecent exposure, Kai," she teased while reaching for a piece of cheese.

"But when we get back and we got the place to ourselves? Who knows, think of what we could do in the cockpit when Lena isn't around."

He couldn't help but laugh at that. "I suppose you're right, though there are probably worse reasons to get thrown out as well."

"She would absolutely kill us if she ever found out you know." He teased. "But I can think of a few things." More then one of which we probably shouldn't be thinking about.

Fey's grin could only be described as mischevious. "What Lena doesn't know won't hurt us. Or her."

"Mmmm... You are right about that, Honey." Kai replied his grin mirroring hers, as he reached for a piece of cheese at the table.

"Do you think they have dancing here?" He asked a moment later, trying to distract himself at least a little bit.

"In this place?" she asked as she glanced around them to get a read if people were dancing, or if there was any space for it, all the while chewing down another piece of bread and cheese.

"Hmm... I can't see if there's a dancefloor. Did you want to get some practice in?" Fey shot him an amused smile. "I would've thought they covered some waltzing or something in your training, no?"

"Maybe for the officers, the rest of us were just taught how to march." His lips curled into a slight smile. "But yeah, I would like to get in some practice sometime, waltzing or whatever other kind of dancing you might like to try." Dancing was quite fun after all, and the Twi'lek only made it more so.

"You're right though this doesn't quite seem the place." He flashed a mischievous grin. "We'll have to wait until next time?"

At least from what she could recall, a lot of the officers at least seemed to have some passing knowledge for dancing even if many of them didn't really engage in it. The Imperials had so often been stick-in-the-mud types when it came to social gatherings. Their old Moff was one of those who actually did seem to like those kind of things.

"You know we can also dance back on the ship, or in the hangar," Fey teased as her foot brushed up against Kai's underneath the table. "Put some music on, maybe light a few candles. You teach me something with knives, I teach you how not to stomp on your partner's feet, eh?"

"That's a good idea now that you mention it." He replied, his foot meeting hers under the table. "Though we might have to find another way to chase the other's off the ship. Wouldn't do to have the lessons interrupted would it?" It might devolve into other things eventually after all, and they always got complaints if they didn't keep the shenanigans to their rooms.

He reached toward the bottle picking it up to refill their glasses, his eyes still on the Twi'lek.

"Hmm... what else could we think of to chase them out for?" her fingers tapped gently against her chin as she adopted a thinking-pose. "There's a gambling place over in Providencetown, but I doubt dear would be interested in that." Being the penny-pincher she was.

Seeing him grab the bottle, Fey pushed her glass closer to him on the table for a refill. "Maybe the 12 Parsecs have a Happy Hour or something?"

"Might be a good idea to look into that. The Cal fellow is pretty nice, despite the fact he's dating a hologram." Or at least that is what it sounded like when he was talking to the Doctor. "Babe and Dear could hang out there without too much worry. Lena liked the choice of drinks there as well." His lips curled into a amused smirk, as he let his foot brush against hers.

"We just have to make them think it's not our idea. Babe might question our intentions." Well it would likely be Lena, but he couldn't push everything onto her.

"Babe is usually pretty sharp," she agreed with a smirk. "But... what do you mean dating a hologram?"

[Kai Wryssald]

"Well, it's something a doctor I was chatting with said." Kai offered after taking a sip of his wine. "She was talking about how Cal was always flirting with her, and I asked why they weren't dating, and she started going on about this hologram of his. How it was a bit insane, and would be really jealous of anyone who tried to date Cal."

"Sounds like the hologram at least thinks they are dating, and Cal apparently doesn't intend to fix it. So I maybe jumped to a few conclusions."

Fey had a good laugh from that little story.

"Oh... I think I know what hologram this is. It's some red twi'lek holo that's at the bar. I've seen it." Scared the living daylights out of her when it spooked her. "Nah, I don't think it's that bad. Right? No man would date a hologram...?"

"I've heard of guys dating droids." Kai offered with a shake of his head. "But you're right." He chuckled softly. "It's probably not that at all."

"Man..." she giggled uncontrollably for a couple of seconds. "... So many perverts in the galaxy, wouldn't you say?"

"Like the other day I met another twi'lek who wore only underwear underneath a holo-costume!"

He flashed a grin. "Being a bit of a pervert I'd have to say I dont mind the company." It would be damn lonely without other perverts.

"I'd have to say that's a interesting choice though." He paused thoughtfully. "What do you think they'd do if they ever ran into any emp's?"

"Or do you think they're an exhibitionist? The type that likes to do it outdoors and such."

"I suspect she was more of an exhibitionist of sorts. Being on tv trying to be famous," Fey shrugged but the smile remained. "Maybe it would boost the views if her clothes suddenly disappeared when she was on the holo, eh?"

She tipped her glass a little toward Kai. "Though you are the biggest pervert of us all on the ship."

"Oh?" He paused thoughtfully. "Don't tell me it was, Miss Tewzada?" Kai asked an eyebrow raised. It wasnt likely, but it wasnt impossible either, his lips did curl into a smirk a moment later though. "It probably would boost her views though."

At the mention of being a pervert he laughed. "Aye, though sometimes I think Lena gives me a run for my credits, and I do have to say you've never complained."

"That's the one," she confirmed with a nod. "You've already met her, eh?"

Maybe Kai had a thing for twi'leks, she wondered with a mischevious smile on her face.

"Well, yes, she does sometimes, and is mostly just low-key about it... but no, I don't mind you being a bit of a pervert sometimes. It's fun to be with you."
