OOC: Fast-forwarding seems best, as the plan has been changed slightly to accomodate for the sudden influx of alt-rights showing up. :D

The celebration came out for a good portion of the journey back to the ship with Kai keeping pace as best he could while the Fey and Drune made their way back home.

((Basically, if Kai does not plan on making a assault on him in the middle of the street, or Fey does something else, we can probably fast forward to their arrival to the ship.))

The message was nice, but it didn't really help Kai keep up with the pair and remain unseen while doing so. Nevertheless he attempted to, taking hs time and trying not to gain too much attention from the crowd. If they got back to the ship with nothing happening, great, if not he would be as prepared as he could manage.

Fey rolled her eyes as the worst people came crawling out of the woodwork now with the Empire back, and her pace picked up a little bit as she stayed close to Drune. Safety in numbers and all, and right now even he was better than nothing in this situation.

"I'll just send the captain a message to know we're coming... and to keep an eye out for weirdballs. Might be more of them as we get closer to ship," the small jerk of her head indicated the trooper-helmet wearing weirdballs. Drune didn't exactly have Imperial friends himself, so she figured he wouldn't mind.

She didn't hide the message she sent if he tried to look: "heading back to ship with a friend now who needs to get off planet too. lots of crazies out tonight, so keep watch." Sending it to the group also hid that it was meant for Kai.

As you exit the bar, you both make a right and keep on walking to turn the corner. You move in close, about to spring into action until.

"Empire's back, baby!".

A mostly sizable crew of Imperial supporters are walking down the street, drunk in praise that Empire had not forgotten them out here. The time for hiding is over for these men, they can return to praising their superiority and might. A few of them are even wearing Stormtrooper helms and civilian clothes likely from their own time in service before going into hiding. Even a few fellows in full gear from the legendary 501st, the infamous group known as 'Vader's Fist', were out Tonite, so you know it is going to be a Imperial party for sure.

A street party would be a perfect way to hide in a crowd, but it makes engaging the target a bit more...difficult.

Meanwhile, the two nonhumans up front get some siideways glances as they make their way thru the parade. Nothing openly hostile, but sticking around might change things for them. Drune kept her close to him as they attempted to navigate the block party.

Kai wasnt the best at tailing people but he wasnt bad, and as he rise to his feet and followed the pair out, not many would notice.

((If you're going to follow them without being marked as suspicious, make a stealth check Kai at Hard difficulty with one upgrade.))

Now was really the point where most things could go wrong, the walk out as it were, and so Kai kept his eyes perked for anything out of the usual. He'd need to follow them out shortly after, why he had paid for his drink up front no need to hesitate or piss off a bar man if you left a half empty drink you had already paid for.

Even if it was a half empty cup of the good stuff.

As Drune gave his tip to Kaneesa, Fey gave a quick nod to Kai and put her duster back on. Everything was going according to plan - even a bit easier than she had expected at first, but he seemed eager to get off planet.

She flashed the "lucky man" a wide smile. "Sure thing, monsieur." As they were leaving, she tugged him a bit closer.

"Cheers." He looks on and down the cup and smiles, making a move over to the barkeep.

"Here, Kaneesa. Take a 50." He placed 50 credits on the barseat as a small tip along in thanks. "If I'm alive long enough to make it back out here again, I'll be sure to stop by." Grinning, he made his way back over to Fey and put his coat on and adjusting it, then took her by the arm, wrapping it up next to his arm and brought her close. "Let's head out, then. Lead me on the path to freedom, Honey."

Honey chuckled, following him back to the table. No point in wasting the good stuff! "Travelling light, huh? Well... a toast to safe journey, yes!" she smiled brightly, raising her glass to tip it against his. "Cheers!"

He motioned her back to the table to grab his top shelf to down it before they would leave. "Though I suppose I should make a quick stop to pick up a few things...it would be better to make my exit. I have nothing that I cannot pick up somewhere else." He looks to the table and grabs the drink. "Toast to a safe journey, eh?"

Kai for his par continued to sip his drink, unless something was off the pair would be leaving soon, and then it would be his turn to shine.

"That sounds like a good plan," she purred and gave his cheek a light peck as the dancing came to a slow end. Her hand caressed his cheek and chin lightly as she pulled away, leaving warm traces on the skin there. "No time to lose, after all."

It seemed like everything was going good according to plan. She'd have to give the gungan a bit of an extra tip next time for helping to set the mood and for not disturbing the process.

"Maybe on your ship, then. I wouldn't mind having another chance to dance with you there." He smiled and looked into her eyes. She didn't seem to notice what was going on, and it would be easier to do what he needed to do if everyone was asleep, even if it meant having to go into the heart of what was once again Imperial territory. It's not like they would immediately recognize them.

They tended to not have a good eye of telling people from other species apart, anyways. "I like those sort of plans. Maybe we should finish our drinks and head off, then. Before they start to get too comfortable there." He starts to slow down as the song ends, looking at her. She really seemed like a charming woman; it couldn't help but felt bad what he was going to have to do, but he had to make himself scarce quick.

For a moment she had thought he had been reaching for something in specific, but... it seemed like maybe he was just getting a bit too frisky?

"Sorry," she smiled sheepishly herself, "no need to apologise... maybe somewhere more private instead, hm?" Her hands tightened a little on him as he asked about the Empire - totally playing the sympathy and common background angle. "Imps aren't the nicest to my kind. Not gentlemen like yourself. So I've no plans of sticking around where they are either."

His hand slips over to your side to adjust his approach, though it looks as if he was moving to his belongings. A nervous jump from you causes him to pause his reproach. "Sorry, went lower than what I meant to." He seems generally apologetic about it and moves his hand back up to your waist. "Well, the Imperials and I had a bit of a misunderstand a while back. Ancient history for someone like you, but we both agreed that it would be best if we were to see other governmental ruling bodies." He sways again to the music, keeping her close as they chat. "I take it you've had some problems of your own, then? Obvious mistreatment of your people aside, I mean."

((Threats used to totally play it off. It was on accident.))

"Mm, yes, at the starport there," she nodded, her lekku moving with the motion of the spin. "Don't sell yourself too short though."

Chuckling, she brushed some of his hair from his shoulder. "Sounds like you had a rough times with those Imps though...?"

"I would think so." He moved his arm around her, moving her ever closer still as their warmth connected one another as his white eyes stared down at her face. "If your Captain is as lovely and charming as you are, Honey, I don't stand a chance against her." He gave a playful smile and swayed back to the music, giving her a light spin. "Imperials are just too uptight. Having dealt with them for so long, well, I much rather not deal with again."

"So, where have you parked the ship? Back at Noventa City?"

((Fey, make a Perception check at Hard Difficulty, upgraded 2 twice with a setback dice))

"Harsh words," she couldn't help but to smirk at that, swaying elegantly to the music with his movements, "but I trust you would know it first-hand how it is. But yes, it does seem to be quite the interesting mixture."

Her eyes glanced up a little, thinking when it would be likely for her friends to leave. "Hmm... might happen tonight, if I were to guess, before the control becomes too tight and established. Buuut seeing how handsome you are, I'm certain you could manage to smooth-talk the dear captain to wait? I promise I can put in a good word for you." Honey did her little iconic lip-bite. "It would be trés terrible to be stuck on this planet with an Imperial occupation; they have a habit of taking away all the fun."
