Weather:

Northern Hemisphere (Noventa City, Providence Town, The forest and plains): A storm begins to brew again in the northern hemisphere, as if spurred on by the presence of the Empire, as well as the feeling of the darkside. Rolls outside will have a setback die. However, due to the storms, it does add a slight benefit. All stealth checks outdoors will have a boost die, as well as the setback from weather.

Southern Hemisphere (Charnel Gulch): The thaw ends as quickly as it came, the wind chilling. One setback die due to cold weather.

Near-Orbit: The Imperial Presence has made things a bit tricky, though they cannot project enough power to effectively blockade the planet. But shipments of goods are faltering slightly. Rarity of items is increased to +3.
