Background:
A model Imperial Officer, she served with distinction during the period after the Clone Wars, coming up as a junior officer quite quickly, through her knowledge of how to operate within the Imperial Bureaucracy, and tactical acumen. During the Galactic Civil War, she rose to the rank of Admiral due to her actions against the Rebellion in the Outer Rim, and diplomatic actions with the Hapan Cluster.

Her battlegroup was involved with several key battles, including the assault on Hoth, actions over Mandalore and Sullust, and at Endor, where she was forced to retreat. Continuing the fight, she served under Grand Admiral Rae Sloane, until the Battle of Jakku. Chafing under the direction of the Shadow Council, she disobeyed the order to retreat to the rendeavous point, instead choosing to wage a guerilla campaign against the illegal New Republic, fighting a fight that many already consider lost.

Raiding throughout the Outer Rim, her once formidable battlegroup has winnowed down to her Gladiator-II Class Star Destroyer, the Imperator. A small supply fleet travels with her, but she is desperate to secure resources, and rally any she can to bring back the Stability and Order of the Empire.

Background:
Maudin has been Governor of Noventa for 24 years (4, 6 year terms). Having been a competent, and noble, politician, he was elected as system governor once the Separatists were defeated, at the end of the Clone Wars.

Practical, he values the independence of the system, after the rise of the Empire, he sought to maintain as much autonomy as possible during the Dark Times and Galactic Civil War.

An honest man, he stands against the Admiral as she works to take control of the resource rich world. He has called for aid from the New Republic, but expects to have to stand alone, due to the stretched resources of the fragile and young government.

Sector Rangers - Noventa Division


Name: Zel Baliss

Background:
A veteran Ranger from the days of the organization under the Republic, Zel Marin is officially in charge of the Sector Rangers detachment on Noventa. A native of Alderaan distantly related to the head of House Baliss at the time of the planet’s destruction, Zel attempted to remain within the SEO to keep it on the original Rangers’ missions; his diligence saw him transferred from posting to posting as local officers were afraid of him showing them up.

When the Empire fell, Zel was in charge of a small group of SEO officers being transferred off Thyferra. With those loyal to him, he seized control of the ship from the Imperial naval officers and set out with a goal of helping to preserve order in a chaotic time. When the call came on old Ranger frequencies for aid on Noventa, he altered course and brought what support he could.

Background:
Too young to remember the Rangers-that-were, Sienn’me has all the same grown up molded by them; orphaned at a young age when her parents were killed during a business deal gone wrong, Sienn has been raised by a group of former Rangers who swooped in too late to stop the massacre. She has been taught to make the best use of all the resources at her disposal - though that’s often led to her being perhaps a bit too close to the criminal elements that she’s supposed to protect the innocent from.

When her cell was pursued to Noventa - long used by the cell as a place to lay low - by SEO agents, disaster struck; their ship was heavily damaged and most of the cell injured or killed before she was able to guide the ship to a crash landing. With only a handful of her crew left alive, Sienn signalled using the old Ranger frequencies for assistance. The timely arrival of Zel Baliss and his former-SEO crew may have been the only thing that saved the team.

The Establishment of the Rangers

Together, the two crew leaders determined that Noventa was in need of a hand when it came to criminal elements - large portions of Noventa had already fallen under the control of criminal enterprises and it seemed more of it was destined to fall. As Sienn’s crew had been seen as criminals, it was decided that Zel would be the public face - having the credibility lent to being actual SEO until recently would lend legitimacy to the operation. The team approached the governor who, as luck would have it, Zel had previously had dealings with during the Clone Wars; Maudin was only all too pleased to have someone experienced to off-load some of the law enforcement crisis too.

With a new base of operations, the Noventan Rangers reached out to the slowly reforming Rangers Corp who, despite having no official backing from either the Imperial provisional government on Corsuscant or the growing New Republic, were working to establish order and safety in the galaxy. Though there is little hope of reinforcements or resupply coming from other divisions, both Zel and Sienn feel just a little bit better knowing there’s those out there looking out for the good of the people.

Had it not been for Madame Vida Providencetown would not be what it is today, despite what Rullarc Mulgin may claim publicly. Outside of the public eye, however, Mulgin would be hard pressed to deny fully the hand that Vida has had in Providencetown and still does. Bringing in a great majority of the comforts that can be found within the settlements borders. All centered within her Den, a place where any and all can come and experience true luxury in the arms of a beautiful person of their choice.

Confidence is this woman's weapon of choice and she wears it with pride, a shoulder-less top accentuates the sensuality of her deeper and sultry voice that could entice the most volatile mercenaries. Leadership is what she uses to tie it all together. Rising from the bottom she knows how it is when all one has in the world is themselves and is forced into working in such a place. However, many young women and men of various species have come to her graces and risen to heights they couldn't have dreamed of before under her tutor ship. Many of her more skilled employees have been with her since the beginning and chosen to stay in this new life where they've learned all the rules.

Born to nobody and raised by nobody, Rullarc Mulgin has carved his way up through the ranks from the very bottom of the Black Sun. Years of casual violence churned over into a disconcerting calm charisma that at most times can be rather inviting given the benefit of the doubt. Rullarc has made all of the right enemies, the right friends, and killed the others before they figured out which category they fell under. Stepping into his role as a Vigo he places his business persona first. Carving out deals more often than hearts these days.

Today he is a friend to most he comes across, whether they wish to be friends or not they all eventually learn that it is within their best interest to play nice in his games. Those closest to him, the ones truly closest receive the best gifts of all, access to money and comforts that can only be dreamed of. Working for Rullarc Mulgin is a golden ticket to the high life thanks to his appointment to Noventa by the powers that be. Taking to these opportunity greedily he has cemented his position in Providencetown by being one step short of declaring himself king. Mayor, instead, is the preferred term he uses. Still, his work is not yet done and he will not rest until all of Noventa, and following it, all of the sector is within his grasp.

Name: Dartris Ribmatt

Born on Corellia, Dartris came his way to Noventa 10 years ago after taking over for the previous Underboss of Noventa after a tragic accident occurred while cleaning his blaster. Wishing to avoid dealing with Providencetown when he was able, he continued his predecessors role in helping maintain the relationship between Sienar and the Moff in control to further his organization's interests. That all changed when the Noventa Marshals came marching in, deposing Sienar's control and eventually overthrowing the control both the Empire and the Black Suns had over the area. Realizing that the tide had slowly begun to shift in the Rebel's favor, he began to quiet the Black Sun's influence on Noventa City until the war ended, allowing for small independent influences to take over and cultivate the holes he had intentionally created in the hopes that once the smoked cleared, they could grasp control stronger than ever. It had nearly cost him dearly, but allowing smaller, independent forces of the Black Sun to cultivate their positions and power while the major force seemed to fade into nothing allowed them to weather the storm of the fall of the Empire relatively unscathed and in a position to reclaim control once the smoke cleared.

From there, the Black Market has been almost solely under his direct control within the city, with Mulgin choosing to focus more on his own town and the rest of the sectors of the city, all the while still remaining relatively unknown in the eyes of of Noventa City and the Sector Rangers. Thus, he continues along, furthering the interests of the Black Sun and his own ambitions.

Aislea Griche is a local Noventa born girl. Having signed up to the Rebel Alliance when she was old enough to hold a blaster she followed the path of many of the brave Sector Rangers from Noventa that signed up to fight for what was right. Having seen enough violence for her young blood in those short years when the fighting was most important and intense Aislea finally came home to Noventa some years ago. Working for and, much more recently, taking over the The Last Stop a tavern that shares the name with the town it is found within.

Taking up her old home Aislea warns travelers off the dangers of the forest just outside of the town's perimeter. However, for the truly foolhardy who don't heed her warnings she can only hope but to offer advice to make sure they come back out eventually. To her chagrin there are a number of travelers that believe that the spirit of the forest will protect them if they were in any true danger.

Aislea does not believe in such silly superstitions.

Being stuck on a junk planet was every Ugor's dream job, and the Ugor managed to hit the motherload with Noventa. Establishing a contract with the Governor that was so complex, it ensured him and his ilk would be the exclusive trash collectors of this entire sector for the next century, regardless of whether or not the Empire remained. Breaking a contract with the Ugor would only bring their ire, so their services would continue on, whether the citizens wanted it or not. His ilk usually to be found in the Debris Field collecting that debris as well as within Noventa City and Providencetown while GrrKack remains as the main representative of the not only the Waste Haulers Unlimited, but the Ugor Salvage Company. Thus, all salvage operations require his express permission before they continue, lest the poor fools face the ire of the Holy Fleet.

His personality itself is that of a typical Ugor, in which if you were to speak to one on casual terms, you would slowly regret it. He is always one to start a argument and piss off the wrong people, as well as someone equally eager to play Sabacc with the shadier people of this planet.

Yasmin is the hometown hero of the Podracing circuit. She has several respectable wins on the Outer Rim courses, and is excited to compete in this year's Charnel Gulch Classic. She's a wizard in the cockpit, and a threat across the sabacc table. An easy going smile is only marred by a scar along her lip, due to a crash early in her podracing career. She has a reputation of being quite charming, and a flirt. Yet all of that is backed up by her true talent in any ground vehicle.

There may be something more to her skills, though...

Tomnat Bricmars was born and raised here in Noventa, seeing the rise and fall of the planet within the grasp of the Empire. Fighting for the Rebellion after successfully helping lead the Noventa Marshals up with the commanding force from the Rebellion, establishing order in the chaotic time of the city.

Looking forward to finally enjoying retirement from the life. However, as a personal favor to his father-in-law, he decided to once again give up much for his planet and become the Mayor of Noventa City. His primary focus: remove the remaining influence the Black Suns have in the city and make Noventa City a beacon of hope for the rest of the planet to become.
